The META-BRAIN consortium recently held the first of many internal webinars, designed not only for the META-BRAIN team but also for other members from project partner organizations to learn from the experiences of team members working on the project.
Titled “Magnetoelectric Neuromodulation: From Materials to Methods”, the webinar was led by Elric Zhang, a postdoctoral researcher with extensive knowledge in developing magnetoelectric and medical devices at project partner ETH Zurich. Elric covered a range of META-BRAIN-related topics with a broader focus, including nanoparticles for neuromodulation, the functioning of magnetoelectric nanoparticles, experiments, and the different challenges ahead.
All 24 participants from the project partners had the opportunity to ask Elric questions about magnetoelectric neuromodulation, enhancing their understanding.
