META-BRAIN is setting the stage for groundbreaking advancements in brain therapeutics and interfaces. The META-BRAIN project aims to precisely control brain activity using two minimally invasive technologies: magnetoelectric nanostructures and ultrasound. The project will also develop a closed-loop system to stimulate the brain and record its activity. This will help with simulations and testing computational models.

Despite being less than six months into the European META-BRAIN project, the first collaborative experiments among several project partners have already started.
